Things to consider after the end of Gameweek 2

A lot of people got frustrated after the blank of Mo Salah but hope that most of them are okay after the end of the week. I think the Salah has better possibility to score goals by playing with Firmino rather than Jota that we have noticed in GW1. Alexander-Arnold is looking better and better day by day. He has created 7 chances, 2 big chances & 12 crosses. He is making some good runs as well. LFC is expected to get CS as after the return of the regular defenders of LFC, they are looking good in backline. So, I think if anyone own Trent then there should be no intention to sell Trent for upgrading any MID & FOR. But the next two games of LFC are tricky so if anyone is planning to get Trent then wait 2/3 GWs.

West Ham is not looking great in their backline at this moment but if they can sign a good DEF from the market it can bring good result. Coufal at £5m can be decent choice still now he created 3 chances with 2 big chances. We all have noticed that the Hammers are trying to attack from everywhere & a player like him who makes good crosses he can get assist anytime as they have some good player to score with some super headers. Here I don’t want to talk about Antonio & Benrahma because they have already shown what they are capable of. For the Harvey Barnes owners I will say to hold him for another week as he will play vs Norwich next a game. He has got just one shot inside the box till now that’s really bad but he will play vs the team with the weakest defensive side so that something worthy as well to keep on mind.

We all are expecting Raphinha will be busy to create chances but he is looking different than that. He created 2 chances, 1 big chance but he is taking shots from everywhere. Still now he has got 8 shots with very good xG numbers. I don’t want to mention anything about Calvert-Lewin as he is in very good form with 9 shots with 6 on target & he has very good fixture to come. Leeds maintain highline we all know & that gave Demarai Gray some space to work. He can be an interesting player to keep on watchlist. The xGC of Everton is impressive & they have conceded only 12 shots inside the box. If they can overcome the individual mistakes in backline, they can keep CS anytime Everton will play Brighton on away next week & Brighton are looking bad on set pieces so I think Digne is worthy to keep one more week.

Lukaku has impressed all of us in this GW with a goal, 3 chances, 1 big chance, 7 shots inside the box & 2 shots on target. I think Lukaku is not a player to judge with his number & a player to wait and watch to consider. He is ready to deliver whenever he is on the pitch & the opponents will not make any difference for players like him. So, if anyone one has the budget, he should pick Lukaku without any hesitation I think.

We all know about Pep Roulette but I think Grealish is a player who will start in more games rather than other City MIDs & Grealish has the 3rd highest touches on penalty area. If Man City don’t sign any CF then Ferran Torres can be very interesting shout at shout but for that I think it’s better to wait till the end of the deadline day of this transfer window in that time we can notice some more game how Pep is using Torres.

Mn UTD had better xG in this week but scored only one goal that’s some unexpected. Greenwood looked better again in this week; the two goals he scored was not any big chance it was his individual brilliance & he is taking corners as well over Bruno Fernandes. Livramento at £4m can be very good shout as he’s getting the attacking role & going forward. So, if anyone is looking for the replacement of Tsimikas I will name him over Duffy as Duffy can be benched anytime when their regular players will be ready. Adam Armstrong is another FOR to keep eye on as a cheap FOR option. He has created 2 chances till now & he is expected to be on PENs as well. So, why not?

The attack of Newcastle is still looking decent. May be Wilson didn’t score in last game but he still has some good FIX to come. So, Wilson owners shouldn’t be in hurry to sell him. Aston Villa looked shaky in backline & they had the 2nd worst xG from open play till now. Most of people own Ings but I want to say that more than 10 players have more shots inside the box than Ings. Even he isn’t the 1st choice penalty taker. So, if anyone want to transfer him out as his all coming fixtures are red; there is some better FORs to consider with some green fixtures.

Wolves had the 2nd highest shots after LFC with very good xG but their finishing is looking very poor. Jimenez has created 7 chances & 8 shots in the box but he was not sharp enough to keep one on target. But I think he is worthy to keep if anyone own him but the managers who are thinking to get him then wait a bit more.

Toney had 5 shots & 4 of them are from the box. He is going deep and giving space to the other player. Brentford manager Thomas Frank told in the post-match press conference that he is happy with the performance of Toney & he is not worried with o goals of Toney because his goal will come in just matter of time. So, worth to keep him one more week the move to someone else.

Happy Fantasy 😊

  1. Fantastic work bro. The whole things seems a easy reading story to me. And the informations and stats are very much valuable.Keep up the good work.

  2. Good insight. I was torn between Barnes and Mings selection and ended up benching mings.. Got 88 with 15 points in first sub. Giving barnes one last chance this week.
